企业文化是市场经济文化在企业中的具体与微观的反映,企业成长的精神要转化为企业文化必须依赖于管理环境。着眼于具体企业自身实际,建设和谐企业文化必须紧扣理念文化、利益文化与管理文化三个环节。企业文化是以人为核心的企业资本要素有机融合而共同创造的全部财富的总和,而企业资本的要素主要包括生产资本、科技资本、劳动力资本,其中人是创造企业文化的主体和最终本原。和谐的企业文化主要体现在企业内部各要素之间的和谐、企业与外界各方面的和谐,而关键在于内部的和谐。
