随着复合材料夹芯结构在航空领域的广泛应用,对其抗冲击性能的研究变得越来越重要。本文对泡沫夹芯结构的低速冲击问题采用试验及数值分析的手段进行研究,比较了不同冲击能量下泡沫夹芯结构的冲击响应特点,并利用数值分析手段揭示了冲击损伤的破坏机理,同时计算得到了该夹芯结构的临界冲击能量,模拟结果与试验吻合较好,可为工程设计提供一定的参考;同时对比分析了全模型与1/4模型、衰减参数、衰减次数对冲击响应分析结果的影响。结果表明:采用1/4模型,考虑泊松比的参数衰减以及50次退化方式能够提高数值模拟的计算效率和精度。
With the wide application of composite sandwich structure in the field of aviation, the research on its impact resistance becomes more and more important. In this paper, the low speed impact of foam sandwich structure is studied by means of experiment and numerical analysis. The impact response of foam sandwich structure with different impact energy is compared. The damage mechanism of impact damage is revealed by numerical analysis. The critical impact energy of the sandwich structure is obtained. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which can provide some references for the engineering design. The results show that using the 1/4 model, considering the parameter attenuation of Poisson ’s ratio and 50 times degradation methods can improve the computational efficiency and precision of numerical simulation.
