Objective: To investigate the correlation between telomerase activity and histological grade in cervical cancer. Methods: Twenty cases of normal cervical tissue, 25 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) grade I, grade II, grade III and 73 cases of cervical cancer were treated with telomerase repeat amplification protocol (TRAP) Grade, grade III cancer tissue end-enzyme activity was detected. Results: The enzyme activity of normal cervical tissue was lower than that of CIN, the activity of CIN was lower than that of cervical cancer, and the activity of telomerase of CIN and cervical cancer increased with the increase of pathological grade, histology The more severe the lesion, the greater the telomerase activity. Conclusion: The determination of telomerase activity in cervical cancer has reference value for the early diagnosis of tumor, histological grading and the choice of treatment options.
