在军事斗争准备中,人始终是决定战争胜负的关键因素,而人事管理则成为各国军队重点关注的领域。有关研究表明,各国都在人力资源战略、人才素质等方面进行改革与创新,以适应推进军事变革的需要。本文通过对军事人事管理的重要意义、外军人事管理主要做法以及我军人事管理这三方面的描述,对军队人事管理做一简要分析。
In the preparation for the military struggle, people are always the key factor in deciding the outcome of the war, while personnel management has become a key area of concern for the armed forces of all countries. Relevant researches show that all countries carry out reforms and innovations in human resources strategy and human resources so as to meet the needs of promoting military reform. This article makes a brief analysis of the military personnel management through the description of the significance of the military personnel management, the main practices of the foreign military personnel management and the personnel management of our military.
