笔者采用快速整复法治疗小儿肱骨髁上伸直型骨折105例,收到较满意效果,现介绍如下。1 临床资料 本组105例中男64例,女41例;年龄3～10岁。右侧78例,左侧27例。尺偏型69例,桡偏型36例。伴开放性骨折7例。急诊86例,3～5日就诊12例,10日后就诊7例。2 治疗方法术者坐在患儿对面
The author used rapid whole complex treatment of pediatric supracondylar humerus straight type 105 cases, received more satisfactory results, are described below. 1 Clinical data The group of 105 patients, 64 males and 41 females; aged 3 to 10 years. The right 78 cases, left 27 cases. 69 cases of ulnar deviation, 36 cases of radial deviation. With open fracture in 7 cases. Emergency 86 cases, 3 to 5 days treatment in 12 cases, 10 days after treatment in 7 cases. 2 treatment of patients sitting opposite children
