施工项目管理是以施工项目为管理对象,以项目经理责任制为中心,以合同为依据,按照施工项目的内在规律,实现资源的优化配置和对生产要素进行有效的计划、组织、指导、控制,取得最佳的经济效益的过程。修改后的《建设工程项目管理规范》的颁布,进一步规范了建设工程施工项目管理的基本做法,促进了项目管理的科学化、规范化、法制化。为了更好地学习和落实《规范》,结合企业自身的实践,笔者对项目管理谈几点粗浅的认识。
