该研究采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱的方法,分析测定栝楼桂枝汤中的24种化学成分,在此基础上,结合吗替麦考酚酯诱导的斑马鱼神经元损伤药效模型对栝楼桂枝汤进行神经保护生物活性评价,旨在探讨建立一种综合化学成分与生物效应的栝楼桂枝汤质量评价模式,研究结果表明建立的方法可行,基本稳定可靠,可为中药复方的质量控制研究提供参考。
In this study, ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS / MS) was used to determine the 24 chemical constituents in Guizhu Guizhi Decoction.
