1990年以来,我厂先后四批购进台湾产加工中心14台,其精度检验方法和标准各不相同.其中大立机器公司产加工中心精度检验未说明采用何种检验标准.以千分表和节距尺为工具,笼统地规定定位精度为0.02mm/300mm,重复定位精度为±0.01mm;永进公司产加工中心精度检验采用德国VDI/DGQ3441-1977标准(简称德标).以分辨率0.0001mm的激光测距仪为工具,规定位置偏差0.005mm,位置分散幅度0.007mm,但未说明位置分散幅度是最大还是平均值.前者基本使用普通金属切削机床精度检验方法和标准,检验精度较低;后者检验精度较高,但只采用了德标的部分评定参数,未给出位置不可靠度和反向量差两项参数.
