应用溶剂化金属原子浸渍(SMAI)技术制备了γ-Al_2O_3,SiO_2和D-72树脂负载的Ni-Cu双金属催化剂。用XRD,XPS和磁方法进行了表征,表明这些双金属催化剂中都有Ni-Cu合金生成,合金颗粒的组成不均匀。与通常观察到的Ni-Cu催化剂中Cu在表面富集或生成均相合金不同,这些催化剂是表面Ni富集。CO加氢反应结果表明SMAI Ni-Cu催化剂的活性大于相同组成的常规浸渍法制备的CI Ni-Cu催化剂。
The Ni-Cu bimetallic catalysts supported on γ-Al 2 O 3, SiO 2 and D-72 resins were prepared by solvated metal atom impregnation (SMAI). XRD, XPS and magnetic methods were used to characterize that these bimetallic catalysts had Ni-Cu alloy formed and the composition of the alloy particles was not uniform. Unlike the commonly observed Cu enrichment at the surface or the formation of homogeneous alloys in Ni-Cu catalysts, these catalysts are surface Ni enriched. The results of CO hydrogenation showed that the activity of SMAI Ni-Cu catalyst was higher than that of CI Ni-Cu catalyst prepared by the conventional impregnation method of the same composition.
