采用高效液相色谱分离,VWD检测器检测,对农药制剂产品中的阿维菌素含量进行测定。样品用乙腈溶解,采用ODS C18反相柱,流动相为甲醇-水(85∶15),流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量为10μL,柱温为40℃,研究测定阿维菌素标准品活性成分在色谱柱上的保留时间、峰高、峰面积。测得结果:B1a保留时间为13.3 min,B1b为10.3 min,其浓度和色谱峰面积呈线性相关y=0.040 7x-0.181 9,r=0.999 9。方法回收率为96.0%~102.0%,变异系数为0.36%~0.58%,最终测得样品中的阿维菌素B1a含量为0.31%。结果表明,该测定方法准确可靠、灵敏,可用于常规农药制剂中阿维菌素含量分析。
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and VWD detector were used to detect the content of abamectin in the pesticide products. The sample was dissolved in acetonitrile. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (85:15), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min, the injection volume was 10 μL and the column temperature was 40 ℃, using ODS C18 reverse phase column. Retention time, peak height, peak area of the active ingredient on the column. The results showed that the retention time of B1a was 13.3 min and that of B1b was 10.3 min. The linear correlation was found between the concentration and the peak area of the chromatogram y = 0.040 7x-0.181 9, r = 0.999 9. The recoveries were 96.0% -102.0% and the coefficients of variation were 0.36% -0.58%. The final content of avermectin B1a in the sample was 0.31%. The results showed that the method was accurate, reliable and sensitive and could be used for the analysis of avermectin content in conventional pesticide formulations.
