为解决挖掘机动臂在下降过程中势能转化为热能的情况,目前多数挖掘机都采用了动臂流量再生回路。根据动臂下降过程中能量的变化,通过改进普通的动臂流量再生回路,设计了带势能回收的动臂流量再生回路,并以23T挖掘机为研究对象,计算了两种回路的功率分配和能量损耗。采用AMEsim建立了仿真模型,对两种回路的运行性能和能量损耗进行了分析,仿真结果表明,带势能回收的回路相比普通流量再生回路在节流阀上消耗的能量降低了40.34%,提高了能量的利用率。
In order to solve the situation that the potential energy of the excavator’s boom is converted into heat energy during the descending process, at present, most excavators adopt the boom flow regeneration circuit. According to the change of energy during the descending process of booms, a boom flow regenerating circuit with potential energy recovery was designed by improving the ordinary boom flow regenerating circuit. Taking 23T excavator as the research object, the power distribution and Energy loss. The simulation model was established by using AMEsim. The running performance and energy loss of the two circuits were analyzed. The simulation results show that the energy consumed by the circuit with potential energy recovery is reduced by 40.34% The utilization of energy.
