国家“七五”攻关生物技术项目子专题“葡萄去病毒和无毒试管快繁技术”,经中国科学院生物技术局批准,于1990年10月13日在郑州通过技术鉴鉴.鉴定委员会听取了课题负责人的工作报告,参观了脱毒组培实验室和实验地,审阅了有关资料,认为中国农科院郑州果树研究所病毒组和甘肃农业大学葡萄脱毒组协作攻关,在葡萄脱毒技术,指示植物鉴定方法和建立脱毒供应基地及推广应用等方面进行了较系统深入的研究,较好地完成了“七五”攻关合同书的要求,达到了国内领先水平.其主要成果是:(1)设计制造了一种合理适用的热处理箱,改进了热处理方法,结合茎尖培养技术,获得了较高的脱毒率.(2)较完整地收集了葡
The national “Seventh Five-Year” tackling project of biotechnology subproject “grape to virus and non-toxic test tube fast propagation technology”, approved by the Bureau of Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in October 13, 1990 in Zhengzhou passed the technical appraisal.
