In order to alleviate the damage of waterlogging, maintain and promote the growth of rapeseed, explore the effect of strigolactone on the growth of rapeseed after waterlogging treatment. Pot experiment was conducted with Zhongshuang 11 as the material, Waterlogging stress (W) and normal water (C) were treated with 0, 0.1, 1 and 5μmol / L SL. Dry weight, photosynthetic gas exchange parameters, fluorescence parameters, chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activity of rapeseed were determined on the 3rd and 7th day after rooting. The results showed that 1μmol / strigolactone significantly increased the above-ground and below-ground biomass of rapeseed after waterlogging for 7 days, and significantly increased the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate ) Decreased the intercellular CO 2 concentration (Ci), increased the relative electron transfer efficiency (rETR), the maximum photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ (Fv / Fm), the potential activity of PSⅡ (Fv / Fo) and the photochemical quantum yield of PSⅡ (Ф PSII), reduced non-photochemical quenching coefficient (q N), increased chlorophyll content, POD and CAT activity, and decreased SOD activity . The results showed that irrigation with 1μmol / L strigolactone could effectively alleviate the waterlogging stress and reduce the non-photochemical quenching and SOD activity by increasing biomass accumulation, photosynthesis efficiency, photosynthetic pigment content, partial chloroplast fluorescence parameters Promote the rape seedlings to resume growth.
