目的了解医院综合ICU病原菌分布及其耐药现状,为临床治疗提供依据。方法监测2016年入住内江市第二人民医院综合ICU的患者细菌感染情况,药物敏感试验按美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)标准,采用法国生物梅里埃公司试剂条进行操作、判断结果和质量控制。结果患者感染率14.69%。确诊感染以痰液培养为主,占77.60%。从痰液中培养出细菌98株,占76.56%,阴性菌以鲍曼不动杆菌为主,其次是铜绿假单胞菌和肺炎克雷伯菌。阳性菌以金黄色葡萄球菌为主。结论加强ICU细菌耐药监测,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物,防止耐药菌株的传播。
Objective To understand the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in hospital ICU and its drug resistance status, and to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods The bacterial infections in patients admitted to Integrated ICU of the Second People’s Hospital of Neijiang City in 2016 were monitored. The drug susceptibility tests were performed according to the standards of the American Clinical Laboratory Standardization Committee (NCCLS) using French BioMérieux reagent strips to determine the results and quality control . Results The infection rate of patients was 14.69%. Sputum culture diagnosed infection-based, accounting for 77.60%. 98 strains of bacteria were cultured from sputum, accounting for 76.56%. The majority of negative bacteria were Acinetobacter baumannii, followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion To strengthen the monitoring of drug resistance in ICU bacteria and guide the rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinical practice to prevent the spread of resistant strains.
