在我国技术出口的实践中,往往有这样一种情形出现。为了达成一笔较为复杂的技术出口交易,我们必须组织一个至少有三种人参加的谈判班子:一位懂得外贸业务的业务员,一位熟谙技术细节的工程师,一个通晓外语的翻译,三位一体,缺一不可。在谈判桌上,在外贸业务交往中,我们往往要用这样一个班子才对付得了一个贸易伙伴。这说明,从事国际技术贸易与从事一般商品的对外贸易相比,在人才知识结构的要求上有着明显的差异。根据我国国际技术贸易的内容和特点,结合我国外贸发展的实际,笔者认为,撇开最基本的政治素质和个人修养方面的要求外,对国
In the practice of China’s technology export, there is often such a situation. In order to achieve a more complicated technology export transaction, we must organize a negotiation team with at least three people involved: a salesman who understands foreign trade business, an engineer who is familiar with technical details, a translator who knows foreign languages, and a trinity. One cannot. At the negotiation table, we often use such a team to deal with a trading partner in the foreign trade business. This shows that there is a clear difference in the requirements for the knowledge structure of the talented people when engaged in international technology trade and foreign trade in general merchandise.
