1995年我们在乳山市夏初镇河南村进行葡萄套袋试验。纸袋采用台湾佳果牌葡萄专用袋,数量3万个。套袋时间7月10~15日,品种以巨峰为主。 操作方法:套袋前先行疏花疏果,将密挤的、小粒的葡萄疏除,然后喷一遍甲基托布津或多菌灵。在叶果上无露水时套袋。套袋选择强壮枝上的果穗。套袋葡萄与大田葡萄一样管理。不套袋葡萄9月20日开始采收,套袋葡萄10月7日开始采收,采收前不需除袋。据观察测定,不套袋葡萄烂果率10%左右,着色率40%左右;套袋葡萄烂果率1%左右,着色率80%以上;葡萄紫色光洁鲜艳,不套袋葡萄药剂斑斑,不洁不鲜灰蓬蓬的。套袋葡萄甜度高,不酸、不涩且有浓厚的芳香气味;不套袋葡萄甜度差、酸味重且带涩味。经测定,套袋葡萄含糖量比不套袋葡萄高2.3度。不套袋葡萄收购价每kg1.3元,市场价格每kg2.2~2.8元;套袋葡萄收购价每kg2.4元。市场价格5~6元。自然贮存比较,套袋葡萄不除袋贮存30天,果穗完整不掉粒,果梗发绿,大果序失水但不枯,而不套袋葡萄贮存10天,果粒散落80%以上,大果序、小果梗枯萎变黑。套袋葡萄较不套袋葡萄晚成熟10~15天,不仅避开葡萄销售高峰,而且延长
