本校法商学院院长桑玉成教授等所著《政府角色——关于市场经济条件下政府作为与不作为的探讨》一书,日前由上海社会科学院出版社出版发行。该书主要围绕市场经济体制下政府与市场关系的转变问题展开论述,旨在探讨新形势下政府角色的重新定位,即政府在市场经济中究竟应该做什么和不应该做什么的问题。该书从政府的基本含义入手,提出了政府应有的职权范围,认为随着社会的发展,政府的作用也会随之发生改变。同时,由于各国政府的社会基础不同,所以不同的 Recently, the book “The Role of Government - A Discussion on Government’s Actions and Inaction under Market Economy”, recently published by the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences Press, was published by Professor Sang Yucheng, Dean of School of Business Law.
