把微型计算机系统应用于试验机,固然有许多问题需认真解决。但下述三方面的关键技术,尤其应予以高度的重视,其一是过程通道的设计,其二是中断系统的设计,其三是实时软件的设计,本文仅就这几部份的实现,详细地讨论如下。一、过程通道微机控制电液伺服动静万能试验机的工作原理是在一典型的闭环随动系统的基础上加入数模、模数转换器,组成图1所示的系统。
