研究了不同采收期处理对红花大金元鲜烟叶成熟过程中主要化学成分变化与烤后烟叶品质的影响。结果表明,鲜烟叶随着采收期的推后,叶色变黄程度与主脉变白比例提高,烟叶色素逐渐分解,类胡萝卜素与叶绿素比值上升,糖类化合物含量增加到最大值后下降,总氮含量下降,烟碱含量大体呈上升趋势;在3个采收期处理中,分别以下部叶常规采收、中部叶比常规采收推后7 d采收、上部叶比常规采收推后8 d采收烤后烟叶品质最佳。
The effects of different harvesting periods on the changes of main chemical components and the quality of cured tobacco leaves during the ripening process of fresh leaves of Daikin and Yuanxuan were studied.
