乳品企业间的奶源竞争与市场份额竞争表明乳业已经进入数量竞争(规模化发展)阶段,产销量成为乳品企业的重要决策变量,本文假设乳品企业使用产量作为策略变量进行理性决策,利用古诺博弈模型论证了乳品产业集中度与利润率之间的同方向变化关系,这一结论得到乳品产业统计数据的实证。政府相关管理部门可以通过产业组织政策提高乳品产业集中度,进一步提升乳品企业经营绩效从而增加乳品企业研发能力以增强中国乳品企业的市场竞争力。
The competition between dairy products and market share among dairy companies shows that dairy industry has entered the stage of quantitative competition (scale development). Production and sales volume has become an important decision-making variable for dairy companies. This article assumes that dairy companies use output as a strategic variable to make rational decisions and use Cournot. The game model demonstrates the same-direction change relationship between the concentration of dairy industry and the profit rate, and this conclusion is confirmed by the statistical data of the dairy industry. Government-related management departments can increase the concentration of dairy products through industrial organization policies, further improve the operating performance of dairy products, thereby increasing the research and development capabilities of dairy products to enhance the market competitiveness of Chinese dairy products companies.
