本文应用尿药累积排泄量法、以美国食品及药物管理局所规定的氢氯噻嗪参比片作为评价标准研究了两种国产氢氯噻嗪片在人体内的吸收率。两种国产氢氯噻嗪片的相对生物利用度:A厂片为95.09％,B厂片为77.70％;尿药排泄率:A厂片为49.89％,B厂片为40.71％。
In this paper, urine cumulative excretion rate method to the United States Food and Drug Administration hydrochlorothiazide reference film as the evaluation criteria of the two domestic hydrochlorothiazide tablets in vivo absorption rate. The relative bioavailability of two domestic hydrochlorothiazide tablets: 95.09% for A and 77.70% for B; urinary excretion rate: 49.89% for A and 40.71% for B.
