我厂生产7.5×7.5吋钢锭模常出现的缺陷是大端内壁粘砂,转角处尤为严重,难以清理。而钢锭模内壁的平直和光洁度要求较高,经常报废。经宏观和显微分析,我们认为这种粘砂属子化学粘砂。主要原因是:钢锭模大端较厚(70mm)。浇注位置在下,立浇的铁水压头达1500mm以上。同时,高温铁水从顶部的雨淋浇口注下,泥芯下端的石墨粉涂料层易遭受冲刷,局部裸露的芯砂与高温高压铁水长时间
