加入WTO后,我国中小企业已面临跨文化发展环境,其国际化经营管理面临着更大的挑战,跨文化视野下中小企业的人力资源管理也成为中小企业国际化发展的主要影响因素。本文从跨文化人力资源管理的定义入手,就当前跨文化探究中小企业的发展现状以及人力资源管理面临的问题,提出了跨文化视野下加强中小企业人力资源管理的措施,拟为中小企业的可持续发展提供参考。
After joining the WTO, SMEs in our country are faced with the environment of intercultural development, and their international management faces more challenges.
