将自制甲壳素以一定的原料配比在特定浓度盐酸溶液中及不同温度下反应,制得D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐(GAH),并讨论了盐酸浓度和反应温度等条件对产率的影响。结果表明,用8mol/L盐酸采取梯度升温(不超过80℃)的方法、且总体反应时间不超过7h时,GAH产率提高至67%,且基本避免了“焦化”现象。
D-glucosamine hydrochloride (GAH) was prepared by reacting chitin with a certain amount of raw material in a certain concentration of hydrochloric acid and at different temperatures. The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration and reaction temperature on the yield were also discussed . The results showed that the GAH yield increased to 67% when the reaction temperature was up to 80 ℃ with 8mol / L hydrochloric acid and the total reaction time was less than 7h, and the “coking” phenomenon was basically avoided.
