无功电压调节手段既包括连续变量(发电机、调相机等),也包括离散变量(电容器、电抗器、有载调压分接头等),在自动电压控制过程中二者的协调体现在厂站内部和厂站之间2个层面。文中提出了“离散设备优先动作,连续设备精细调节”的原则。重点研究了变电站内部的协调电压控制问题,提出了“集中控制+电压无功控制备用”的变电站控制模式。在控制策略的求解上,首先基于专家规则得到无功调节方向,然后基于控制灵敏度在离散设备与连续设备之间进行无功分配。该成果已在国内多个网、省级电网控制中心得到实际应用。
Reactive voltage regulation means include both continuous variables (generator, camera, etc.) as well as discrete variables (capacitors, reactors, on-load tap etc.). The results have been more than the domestic network, the provincial grid control center has been the practical application.
