实习(训)活动已成为高职教育的重中之重,但中文系实习(训)的展开存在诸般困难。为此,我在教学过程中尝试运用了“混成”学习模式,即:“数课共建‘新闻发布会’实训方案”。具体做法为:将多门课程所涉及的教学内容,汇聚在“新闻发布会”的策划、组织、管理、实施的过程进行“混成”实训。并在此过程中获得了一定的经验及教训,从而意识到,这种“混成”实习(训)教学有可能成为高职院校文科系列未来实习(训)的方向。 Internship (training) activity has become the top priority of vocational education, but the Chinese Department internship (training) in the expansion of all difficulties.
