目的 观察急性有机磷农药中毒 (AOPP)血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ (cTnⅠ )及心肌酶的变化规律 ,探讨其与心肌损伤的关系。方法 根据临床表现和心电图的变化将患者分组 ,在入院第 1、2、3、5、7天采集静脉血 2ml,分离血清检测cTnⅠ和心肌酶谱 (CK、CK -MB、LDH、α -HBDH)。结果 AOPP患者各时间点的血清cTnⅠ、心肌酶浓度均显著性升高 ;不同中毒程度组间比较 ,血清cTnⅠ、心肌酶浓度有非常显著差异性 ,中毒程度越严重 ,血清cTnⅠ、心肌酶越高。结论 血清cTnⅠ的检测可用于诊断AOPP引起的心肌损害 ,且比心肌酶的检测更敏感、更特异 ;血清cTnⅠ和心肌酶的变化可以反映AOPP的病情
Objective To observe the changes of serum troponin Ⅰ (cTn Ⅰ) and myocardial enzymes in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP) and to explore its relationship with myocardial injury. Methods According to the changes of clinical manifestations and electrocardiogram, the patients were divided into groups. Venous blood was collected on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th day after admission. Serum CK and CK-MB, LDH and α-HBDH ). Results Serum levels of cTnⅠ and myocardial enzymes were significantly increased in AOPP patients at different time points. Serum levels of cTnⅠ and myocardial enzymes were significantly different between groups with different degrees of poisoning. The more serious the degree of poisoning was, the higher the levels of serum cTnI and myocardial enzymes . Conclusion The detection of serum cTnI can be used to diagnose myocardial damage caused by AOPP, and more sensitive than the detection of myocardial enzymes, more specific; changes in serum cTn Ⅰ and myocardial enzymes can reflect the AOPP’s condition
