近年来,中国高炉结构向薄壁发展。薄壁高炉的优点是能够在一代炉役内在固定的内型下生产,因此寻找与薄壁相适应的合理内型成为薄壁高炉成败的决定性因素之一。通过厚壁高炉内型的合理化过程,以及总结已投产薄壁高炉内型的实绩,分析研究了薄壁高炉内型各参数的关系,提出薄壁高炉内型设计方法,并推荐相应炉容的薄壁高炉内型的尺寸。
In recent years, China’s blast furnace structure to thin-walled development. The advantage of thin-wall blast furnaces is that they can be produced under a fixed internal profile at the first generation of furnaces. Therefore, finding a reasonable inner shape suitable for thin walls is one of the decisive factors for the success or failure of thin-wall blast furnaces. Through the rationalization process of thick-wall blast furnace and summarizing the actual performance of the thin-wall blast furnace which has been put into operation, the relationship between the parameters of the thin-wall blast furnace is analyzed. The design method of the thin-wall blast furnace is put forward and the corresponding furnace capacity Thin-walled blast furnace dimensions.
