OBJECTIVE: To study the combined effects of cardiovascular regulators and coronary endothelial function during aerobic exhausted exercise and recovery in rats in order to explore the physiological mechanism of exercise-induced fatigue. Methods: Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, exercise group for 1 h, exercise group for 3 h, exhaustive group, exhausted for 2 h, exhausted for 12 h. After 8 weeks of treadmill training, rats in each group were sacrificed at the corresponding time points in each group. The contents of NO, ET, ANP and TXB2 in each group were measured by plasma and the coronary artery endothelium was observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results: The ratio of NO / ET in exercise group at 1 hour was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01), while exercise 3 h group and exhaustion group was significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.05); exercise 3 h group and exhaustive recovery group 2 h group The level of ANP in plasma was significantly higher in rats than in control group (P <0.01), and in exhaustive group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). In the 3h exercise group, the grade Ⅲ injury occurred in the coronary artery endothelium of the rats in the exhaustive group and in the exhaustive recovery 2h group. Conclusion: 1) The early myocardial blood supply, oxygen supply capacity and exercise intensity to adapt. 2) Changes in the combined effects of cardiovascular regulators leading to coronary blood supply / lack of oxygen may be the cause of exercise-induced fatigue.
