目的探讨湖区垸内控制血吸虫病的有效方法。方法观察了4种垸内灭螺方法和4种涵闸防螺工程效果;对“水封式”户用沼气池粪便无害化和净化饮用水的卫生效果进行了试验和评估。结果各种灭螺方法实施1~3次,钉螺全部死亡;4种涵闸防螺工程效果达100%;沼气池粪样年均寄生虫卵沉降率为99.6%,灭活率为99.8%,血吸虫卵在沼液中15d后不能孵出毛蚴;集中式供水水质达到国家卫生标准。结论灭螺、防螺、改厕、改水的综合运用,有效地控制了该县的血吸虫病的流行。
Objective To explore an effective method for controlling schistosomiasis in the embankment in the lake area. Methods Four kinds of embankment inoculation method and four kinds of culvert embankment prevention effect were observed. The hygienic effect of decontamination and decontamination of drinking water in “Sealed” domestic biogas digester was tested and evaluated. Results All kinds of snail-killing methods were performed 1 to 3 times, all snails died; 4 kinds of culverts did not reach 100%, and the annual average parasitic egg deposition rate was 99.6% and the inactivation rate was 99. 8%. Schistosome eggs can not hatch miracidia after 15 days in biogas slurry. The centralized water quality meets the national health standard. Conclusion The combined application of snail control, snail prevention, toilet modification and water diversion effectively controlled the epidemic of schistosomiasis in this county.
