为贯彻落实党的十七大精神,根据2008年全国卫生工作会议部署,卫生部经研究决定自2008～2010年在全国继续开展“以病人为中心,以提高医疗服务质量为主题”的医院管理年活动。本阶段医院管理年活动总体原则是巩固成果、深化管理、持续改进、不断创新、提高水平;活动重点是按照卫生部《医院管理评价指南(2008年版)》有关要求,开展医院管理评价工作;活动目标是逐步建立和完善我国医院管理评价指标体系,探索建立医院管理评价制度和医院管理长效机制。卫生部将根据2008～2010年各年度卫生工作重点,逐年提出医院管理年活动年度重点工作。
