对Zr基大块非晶合金熔体在铜模中的流动能力进行了理论和实验研究,给出了影响金属熔体在型腔中流动行为的主要因素,为金属熔体快速冷却过程中克服充型和形成非晶态的矛盾奠定了基础.针对某空间结构中的环形零件,制定了合适的铸造工艺,成功制备出了Zr基大块非晶合金环形零件.
The fluidity of Zr-based bulk amorphous alloy melt in copper mold is theoretically and experimentally studied. The main factors influencing the flow behavior of metal melt in the cavity are given. Filling and formation of non-crystalline contradictions laid the foundation for a spatial structure of the ring parts, developed a suitable casting process, successfully prepared Zr-based bulk amorphous alloy ring parts.
