通过水培试验与土壤试验研究了不同NH_4~+、-K~+离子浓度组合对水稻苗期吸收氮素的影响,以及不同阳离子存在时对土壤矿物固固定态铵释放量与黑麦草和水稻苗期吸氮之间的关系。结果表明,-K ̄+的存在并不直接影响作物对NH_4 ̄+的吸收,但却明显地抑制了矿物固定态铵的释放。因此采用土壤作为培养基质时,所得出的-K ̄+、NH_4 ̄+颉颃结论很有可能是由于K+抑制了矿物固定态铵的释放而造成作物吸氮减少,特别是所采用的土壤中含2:1型粘土矿物较多时更有可能发生这种情况。
The effect of NH_4 ~ +, - K ~ + ion concentration on nitrogen uptake by rice at seedling stage was studied by hydroponic culture and soil experiment.
