目的:分析UF-1000i检测尿管型的准确性以及影响因素。方法①同一患者标本,UF-1000i检测尿管型与显微镜镜检管型阳性率比较;②分析 UF-1000i检测尿管型假阳性标本中,干扰因素所占百分比。结果①UF-1000i检测管型阳性率高于显微镜镜检,P<0.05;②影响假阳性干扰因素为粘丝线、纤维、上皮细胞、脓白细胞;结论尿沉渣分析仪检测管型的灵敏度和特异性都欠佳,同时存在假阳性与假阴性现象,只能作为管型检测的筛选。“,”Objective Analysis of UF-1000i urine tube and influencing factors.
