目的:比较优质护理和常规护理在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年1月在该院住院治疗的68例急性心肌梗死患者进行探讨,根据护理方式的不同将其分为常规组和优质组,常规组患者给予常规护理,优质组患者在常规护理基础上实施优质护理,并比较两组患者抑郁(SDS)和焦虑(SAS)评分情况、住院天数、卧床时间以及对护理服务满意度。结果:与常规组比较,优质组患者SDS以及SAS评分均显著降低(P<0.05);同时研究组患者住院天数、卧床时间以及患者对护理服务满意度均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务不仅能有效改善急性心肌梗死患者不良心理情绪,还能缩短患者住院时间和提高患者对护理服务满意度。
Objectives: To compare the clinical effects of quality nursing and routine nursing care in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: A total of 68 acute myocardial infarction patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were enrolled. According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into routine group and high quality group. The patients in routine group were given routine nursing care, Patients in the group were given quality nursing care based on routine nursing care. The scores of SDS and anxiety (SAS), hospitalization days, bed time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of SDS and SAS in high quality group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). At the same time, the hospitalization days, bed rest time and patients’ satisfaction with nursing service in the study group were significantly better than those in the conventional group (P <0.05) . Conclusion: The quality nursing service can not only effectively improve the adverse psychological state of patients with acute myocardial infarction, but also shorten the hospitalization time and improve patient satisfaction with nursing services.
