在宁东能源化工基地供水二期工程的输配水系统中,清水输水水泵扬程高、线路长、沿途地形复杂、高程起伏大、穿越障碍物较多,当出现加压泵停车、出口阀门关闭等突发状况时,容易产生水锤现象,对输水安全性造成极大危害。工程设计时利用特征线法,对比无防护及有防护措施下的水锤计算结果,选择采用蓄能液压缓闭蝶阀、压力波动预止阀及空气阀等防护措施,保证了供水安全。
