针对高温高压降下调节阀引起高噪声的问题,基于多级降压理论,建立了多级套筒调节阀高温水流场模型及噪声计算模型。获得了不同套筒模型条件下阀内压力、速度等流场信息,研究了套筒层数对阀内压力、流速及噪声的影响。研究结果表明:高压降调节阀内采用多级消声节流套筒可有效实现逐级降压、限制流速、抑制噪声的目的。
Aiming at the problem of high noise caused by the lowering of the regulating valve under high temperature and high pressure, a high temperature water flow field model and a noise calculation model of a multi-stage sleeve regulating valve are established based on the multistage depressurization theory. The flow field information such as pressure and velocity inside the valve was obtained under different sleeve model conditions. The effects of the number of sleeve layers on the pressure, velocity and noise in the valve were studied. The results show that the multistage muffler throttling sleeve can effectively reduce the pressure step by step, limit the flow velocity and restrain the noise.
