目的探讨空气压力循环治疗仪在减少骨科患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)发生率的效果。方法选择2015年2月至2016年10月威海市立医院收治的300例骨科卧床患者,排出其他因素干扰,将患者随机分为2组,对照组患者采取常规方法进行治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗方法的基础上应用空气压力循环治疗仪治疗,术后第7天对患者的下肢肿胀情况进行评价;应用彩超检查患者下肢深静脉,判断是否存在DVT现象。将2组患者的DVT发生率进行对比。结果在术后7 d肿胀情况方面,观察组有肿胀现象的患者明显少于对照组(P<0.05);在DVT发生率方面,观察组患者DVT发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论空气压力循环治疗仪可以明显减少骨科患者下肢DVT的发生率,安全有效,成本低廉,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of air pressure cycler on reducing the incidence of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in orthopedics. METHODS: Three hundred orthopedic bedridden patients admitted to Weihai Municipal Hospital from February 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups randomly. Patients in the control group were treated by conventional methods. Patients in the observation group received routine treatment Methods Based on the application of air pressure therapy device, the swelling of lower extremities was evaluated on the 7th day after operation. The DVT was detected by color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with deep venous legs. The incidence of DVT was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of swelling in the observation group was significantly less on the 7th day after operation (P <0.05). The incidence of DVT in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion The air pressure treatment device can significantly reduce the incidence of lower extremity DVT in orthopedic patients, which is safe and effective with low cost and is worthy of clinical application.
