有效概念是相对于低效和无效而言的。在学校教育中,所谓有效教学,是指在课程教学活动中,执教者运用一定的教学策略和教学手段,促使学生在基础性、发展性和创造性等三个方面的学力取得应有进步,从而逐步形成良性教学的发展现象。检验有效教学的根本标准,就在于通过教师在先进教学理念指导下,经过开展一段时期的教学实践活动之后,学生从中所获得的具体进步或发展状况。一般说来,有效教学的内涵主要包括三个层面:引发学生的学习意向和情趣;学生对于教学目标的明确度;采用学生易于理解和接受的教学方式。结合初中数学的教学实践试简要阐述之。
