针对松软突出煤层快速井筒揭煤,应用深孔预裂爆破技术实施揭煤区域的瓦斯治理;为了确定深孔预裂爆破实施区域位置,应用FLAC3D软件分别模拟了揭煤前后煤层应力场变化,根据应力带分布范围,确立了深孔欲裂爆破位置区域;通过在现场试验检验,预裂爆破后,瓦斯抽采体积分数由7.52%提高到9.79%,抽采纯流量增大了30%,揭煤工期大大缩短,取得了良好的经济效益和安全效益。
In order to uncover the coal in the fast borehole in the soft and prominent coal seam, the deep hole presplit blasting technology is used to carry out the gas treatment in the uncovering area. In order to confirm the location of deep hole presplit blasting, the change of stress field in coal seam before and after uncovering coal seam is simulated by FLAC3D software. After the presplitting blasting, the volume fraction of gas drainage increases from 7.52% to 9.79%, and the pure pumping capacity increases by 30% Greatly shorten the coal construction period, and achieved good economic and security benefits.
