校企合作双主体办学是新时期高职院校教育活动的重要战略方向,是保障高职院校培育应用型人才,提高教学质量和教学效率的关键渠道。基于成果导向的现代学徒制使得高职院校校企合作双主体办学模式具有更加丰富的内涵和外延,即要求高职院校的办学目标和教学目标同企业的战略目标相结合,提高高职学生的独立操作能力、问题探究能力。因此本文主要从成果导向下的现代学徒制校企合作双主体办学模式的内涵入手,探究其对于当前高职院校发展的意义所在,为高职院校展开现代学徒制校企合作双主体办学模式的可持续发展提供参考。
The dual subject education of school-enterprise cooperation is an important strategic direction of educational activities in higher vocational colleges in the new era, and is the key channel to protect vocational talents in vocational colleges and improve the teaching quality and teaching efficiency. The modern apprenticeship system based on result orientation makes the dual-subject mode of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges have a richer connotation and denotation, that is to say, the combination of the goal of running a school and the teaching goal of a higher vocational college should be combined with the strategic goal of the enterprise, Students’ ability to operate independently and problem-solving skills. Therefore, this dissertation starts with the connotation of the modern apprenticeship-oriented dual apprenticeship model of school-enterprise cooperation under the guidance of results-oriented, probes into its significance to the current development of higher vocational colleges, launches the modern apprenticeship school- Model of sustainable development for reference.
