为了解管制员的疲劳状况,找出缓解疲劳的方法,对陆空通话音频文件进行处理,截取管制员回复机组的语音反应时,并结合NASA-TLX量表的自评值,验证语音反应时与疲劳度之间的关系,分析管制员的疲劳状况。结果表明,管制员的语音反应时与疲劳程度之间有一定的相关关系,当管制员的语音反应时较短时,其疲劳程度值也较小;管制员在不同时间段的警觉性不一样,9:30—11:30的警觉性较高,而13:30—15:30和23:30之后的警觉性较低。管制员在正常情况下,其反应时呈正态分布;当管制员处于疲劳状态时,其反应时稳定性降低,甚至不再服从正态分布。
