目的:了解我校五年制高职护理学生的学习现况,明确五年制高职护理专业临床及相关课程改革方向,以指导后续的《健康评估》教学改革。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对我校869名五年制高职护理专业学生进行了学习现况调查;用Excel表录入分析。结果:我校五年制高职护生入校年龄较小,主要是服从父母的选择;求知欲强,但是职业方向感差,对现实状况不能完整的把握,不能有效的规划自己的学习生活。因此,在学习过程中,能够主动有计划学习并贯彻执行的学生比较少。结论:高职护理教育要以学生为中心,构建有效的教学模式,提升学生的自主学习能力;护理专业桥梁课《健康评估》的课程改革要以实践操作为主要方向。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the current situation of five-year vocational nursing students in our school and to clarify the direction of clinical and related curriculum reform in five-year vocational nursing specialty in order to guide the follow-up “health assessment” teaching reform. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of 869 five-year vocational nursing students in our school. The data were analyzed by Excel. Results: The five-year vocational college nursing students were admitted to school at a relatively young age. The main reasons are obedience to their parents’ choices; they are strong in curiosity, but their professional orientation is poor. They can not grasp the actual situation completely and can not effectively plan their own study and life. Therefore, in the learning process, there are fewer students who can take the initiative to plan and implement it. Conclusion: Nursing education in higher vocational schools should take students as the center and construct effective teaching mode so as to enhance the students’ autonomous learning ability. The curriculum reform of “health assessment” in the course of nursing bridge should take practical operation as the main direction.
