斜椭圆类零件加工一般采取三角函数坐标旋转法或参数方程法,由于加工时必须多轴联动,数控加工算法复杂,精度难保证。本文研究了三角函数坐标旋转法和参数方程法加工削斜椭圆类零件的算法及加工过程,得出的结论解决了数控车削斜椭圆类零件编程时曲线无法拟合的问题,同时根据试验数据得出三角函数坐标旋转法比参数方程法的加工精度高。研究结果改善了斜椭圆类零件数控车削加工的可靠性、稳定性,提高了数控编程效率。
Oblique elliptic parts processing generally take trigonometric function coordinate rotation method or parametric equation method, due to the processing must be multi-axis linkage, numerical control processing algorithm is complex, the accuracy is difficult to guarantee. In this paper, the algorithm and machining process of cutting elliptical parts with trigonometric functions and the parametric equation method are studied. The conclusion is reached that the curve can not be fitted when programming the inclined elliptical parts of CNC turning. At the same time, according to the experimental data The trigonometric function coordinate rotation method is more accurate than the parametric equation method. The results improve the reliability and stability of CNC lathe machining of inclined elliptical parts and improve the NC programming efficiency.
