消化性溃疡患者不良生活方式分析及护理干预对策

目的:观察并分析临床中导致患者出现消化性溃疡的不良生活方式,并研究其科学的护理方法。方法:本院近2年来共收治消化性溃疡患者226例,并以此作为研究资料,对其不良生活方式进行分析。同时,采用平均随机分组的方式,将其分为观察组以及对照组,分别采取针对性护理措施以及常规护理,观察护理效果。结果:在对两组患者实施不同的护理措施之后,观察组患者的生活方式改变程度明显优于对照组患者,其入院治疗时间显著降低,对护理工作的满意度显著提高,且复发几率显著减少。结论:在消化性溃疡患者入院之后,对其不良生活方式进行深入的分析,并根据患者的实际情况,针对性的采取科学的干预措施,能够有效的降低该类病症的复发几率,提升患者对护理工作的满意程度,缩短患者的入院治疗时间。 OBJECTIVE: To observe and analyze the unfavorable lifestyle leading to peptic ulcer in patients and to study its scientific nursing methods. Methods: A total of 226 patients with peptic ulcer were treated in our hospital in the recent 2 years. Based on this data, the unhealthy life style was analyzed. At the same time, using the method of average randomization, we divided them into observation group and control group, and took targeted nursing measures and routine nursing respectively to observe the effect of nursing. Results: After different nursing measures were administered to both groups, patients in the observation group had significantly better lifestyle changes than those in the control group, significantly reducing admission time, significantly improving their nursing care, and significantly reducing their chances of recurrence . Conclusion: After the patients with peptic ulcer were admitted to hospital, their unhealthy life style was analyzed in depth. According to the actual situation of the patients, the targeted scientific interventions could effectively reduce the recurrence rate and improve the patients’ Satisfaction of nursing work, shorten the time of hospitalization of patients.
