功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)系指不能用结构或生化异常解释的慢性或复发性胃肠道症状的不同组合。FGIDs的第一个儿科罗马Ⅱ标准于1999年发表。罗马Ⅲ成立了两个儿科委员会,根据科学研究结果和临床经验修改罗马Ⅱ标准。儿童/青少年委员会的报告着重于4~18岁儿童的FGIDs。
Functional gastrointestinal disease (FGIDs) refers to different combinations of chronic or recurrent gastrointestinal symptoms that can not be explained by structural or biochemical abnormalities. The first Pedigree Rome II standard for FGIDs was published in 1999. Rome III established two pediatric commissions, based on scientific findings and clinical experience to modify the Rome Ⅱ standard. The Children / Teens Committee’s report focuses on FGIDs in children aged 4 to 18 years.
