该文利用TI公司最新的MSP430FG439单片机和NEMOTO公司生产的催化燃烧气体传感器,设计了一个可燃气体探测器,实现了高精度测量和智能化处理。传感器检测电路采用惠斯通电桥,通过仪用运放和双极性数控电压源来降低电桥电压失配对于小信号检测的影响,极大的提高了测量精度,并给出了气体检测电路、红外通信电路、电源管理电路及单片机软件设计。目前,该探测器已广泛应用于石油、化工等行业,工程实践证明应用效果良好。
This paper designs a combustible gas detector with TI’s latest MSP430FG439 single-chip microcomputer and NEMOTO catalytic combustion gas sensor to achieve high-precision measurement and intelligent processing. Sensor detection circuit using Wheatstone bridge, through the instrument operational amplifier and bipolar NC voltage source to reduce the bridge voltage mismatch for small signal detection, greatly improving the measurement accuracy, and gives the gas detection circuit , Infrared communication circuit, power management circuit and SCM software design. At present, the detector has been widely used in petroleum, chemical and other industries, engineering practice proved effective.
