建立了一种氯乙酸水解法生产羟基乙酸的有效快速高效液相色谱分析方法,采用C_(18)柱,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为60/40),检测波长为220nm。方法的相对标准偏差小于1%,平均回收率为100.56%。
An efficient and rapid HPLC method was developed for the production of glycolic acid by the hydrolysis of chloroacetic acid. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (volume ratio was 60/40) and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. The relative standard deviation of the method was less than 1% and the average recovery was 100.56%.
