目的探讨高分子聚乙烯颗粒对界面滑膜细胞生长特性的影响。方法以体外培养正常人膝关节滑膜细胞系为模型,加入高分子聚乙烯颗粒,观察滑膜细胞的生长曲线和倍增时间及其对颗粒的毒性反应。结果与空白对照相比,高分子聚乙烯颗粒对细胞生长有促进作用,倍增时间220.2h(空白对照为253.1h),至第8天细胞全部死亡,其毒性作用与颗粒浓度有关。结论高分子聚乙烯颗粒促进体外滑膜细胞的生长。
Objective To investigate the effect of macromolecule polyethylene particles on the growth characteristics of interphase synovial cells. Methods Normal human knee synovial cell line was cultured as a model. Polyethylene particles were added to observe the growth curve and doubling time of synovial cells and their toxicity to the particles. Results Compared with the blank control group, the macromolecule polyethylene particles promoted the cell growth, the doubling time was 220.2h (blank control was 253.1h), and all the cells died on the 8th day. The toxic effect was related to the particle concentration. Conclusion Polyethylene particles promote the growth of synovial cells in vitro.
