以上海轨道交通2号线东延伸段移梁接驳工程为背景,着重对城市轨道交通移梁接驳施工精度进行了探讨。通过采取提高基地强度、模板刚度和设置预留拱度以及跟踪变形监测等措施,将制梁高度误差控制在±5mm,轴线误差控制在4 mm之内。通过采取基于PLC的液压同步移梁台车以及可调支座,有效控制了移梁和落梁的精度。通过采取上述措施,成功将本工程移梁精度控制在5 mm以内。
Taking the construction of the transfer beam transfer project in the east extension of Shanghai Metro Line 2 as the background, the construction accuracy of the transfer beam transfer in urban rail transit is emphatically discussed. By taking measures to improve the strength of foundation, the stiffness of the template and the setting of the retention crown, as well as the tracking deformation monitoring, the beam height error is controlled at ± 5mm and the axis error is controlled at 4 mm. By adopting PLC-based hydraulic synchronous beam-shifting trolley and adjustable support, the precision of moving beam and falling beam can be effectively controlled. By adopting the above measures, the accuracy of moving beam of the project is successfully controlled within 5 mm.
